Nor do I believe you are present during every hour the store is open, so you certainly can't claim to "interact" and teach these people. If you attract a crowd of more than 5 or 6 at a time, for no more than 15 minutes, I'm guessing that would be generous.

The point is, these people come to buy food. They are not there to see you any more than they are to see the beggar in the parking lot. The difference is, he probably actually interacts with 12,000 people per week.

You are a fraud, and you certainly should NOT post instructional knife skills videos. Your misinformation is harmful, expensive, and dangerous. You have no idea what you are doing with a knife.

What I do is perform very comprehensive cooking demos for our busy Trader Joe's in Valencia, CA (the leader in SoCal) All true. Not nice of you to call me a fraud without knowing what you're talking about. 12,000 people each week check out of our store. That means about 20,000 walk through. I was being conservative in my numbers.
